WHAT I BELIEVE
Design surrounds every moment of human life! most people just don't see it. My job is to make sure they feel it, even if they never notice it.

EXPERIENCE
2024 – Present
UI/UX Designer
Pilabz (Subsidiary of Zoho)
PiLabz builds hardware and software across EV simulation, industrial instrumentation, and robotics, as a subsidiary of Zoho. I joined as the only designer in the company and own design end-to-end, across SaaS platforms, IoT hardware companions, robotics interfaces, and internal tools. I work directly with engineering, product, and leadership across several products at once. Right now I'm designing a cloud-based CAD simulation platform.

Associate Product Designer
Tentacle Technologies (KL, Malaysia)
Tentacle is a Malaysia-based tech consulting and software development company working with clients across Malaysia and globally. I worked on Artoons, a B2C platform where kids could showcase and sell their artwork, with parents on the buying side. I led the research phase, figuring out what motivated young creators and what made the buying experience feel trustworthy for parents, then turned that into design insights.

ABOUT ME
I'm a self-taught UI/UX designer with three years of experience designing for complex, high-stakes domains: robotics interfaces, simulation platforms, IoT dashboards, and autonomous systems. These are spaces with no templates to follow and very little room for guesswork, which is exactly the kind of problem I enjoy solving.
I learned this craft outside a classroom, through mentorship, direct feedback, and building real products for real users. That path taught me to be resourceful and precise. I'm comfortable working without a clear brief. In early-stage or undefined problems, I ask questions until the actual requirement surfaces, then design toward that instead of what was first assumed.
I believe good design comes from understanding people, not just interfaces. Tools can speed up execution, but the judgment, empathy, and taste that shape a truly usable product still come from a human paying close attention. That's the part of the work I care about most, and the standard I hold myself to.

WHY CHOOSE ME
Constraints come first
Most of my work has been B2B and industrial, where the constraints are real: hardware limitations, safety requirements, what an engineer actually needs mid-task. I design inside those limits, not around them.
Talk to the people who'll use it
Whenever I can, I sit with the actual users, engineers, operators, technicians, before I design anything. Assumptions are cheap. A five-minute conversation usually saves a week of rework.
I've built for problems with no map to follow
Robotics interfaces, motor simulation tools, IoT dashboards. These have no established pattern to copy. I work out the logic from the product itself, then simplify it into something usable. That taught me to break down almost any complex problem, familiar or not.
